Gomez received critical praise for the show and also received nominations for the Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award as producer. Gomez released three albums with her former band, Selena Gomez & the Scene and the Scene. All three albums made it into the top ten in the US Billboard 200 and were certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA): Kiss & Tell (2009), A Year Without Rain (2010), and When the Sun Comes Down (2011). Stars Dance, her debut solo album, was a huge success on the U.S. Billboard 200, while its first single, "Come & Get It" was a top ten of the US Billboard Hot 100. Gomez has released Revival (2015) as her second studio album. The album debuted at the top spot in the US and was certified platinum. Three top ten US tracks were made out of Revival: "Good for You" as well as the "Same Old Love" single as well as "Hands to Myself". The album that she released her third studio album, Rare (2020), was her third consecutive top one album in the US and featured the lead single, "Lose You to Love Me" was her debut number one hit in the US and Canada. The album was also released Revelacion in Spanish and was a big hit and earned her an Grammy Award nomination for Best Latin Pop Album. She has been awarded numerous accolades including the 2017 Billboard Woman of the year award. Additionally, she broke fifteen Guinness World Records. Time magazine named Her one of the top 100 people worldwide in 2020. She is a well-known social media star and the most-followed musician and actress on Instagram.
